APF - A Personal Favourite.

A breakfast dish that combines chai spices, chocolate, fruit & a dollop of protein, in a blend of steel-cut jumbo oats & puffed rice cereal (I'll also use oat bran as well for some extra nutrition & fibre).

Packed with digestive supporting spices such as fennel & cardamom, this recipe packs some amazing aromas to start the day off.

There are 2 components to getting porridge right so it keeps you full, satiated and provide energy throughout the morning.

Those are:

➡️Having enough protein

➡️Using a bigger oat grain

➡️Adding some healthy fats

Traditional rolled oats that can cause a steep rise & drop in blood sugar, leaving you hangry & unsatisfied mid-morning.

The combination of a bigger oat grain (jumbo oats) + the addition of a chocolate based protein powder, provides the perfect addition to keep your blood sugar steady and stable, aswell as providing your being with satiety, until lunch.

✅Flavour

✅Fullness

✅Fabulous

Top with your favourite fruit and toppings (we’ve used banana, blueberries, cacao nibs & bee pollen)
