We  consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

 

The service is perfect for those who have (but not limited to):

  • Failed at dieting before and cannot manage their weight

  • Have a chronic health challenge

  • Improve their relationship with food & build a healthy, fit body & mind.

Personal Training with Nutritional Therapy & Lifestyle Coaching

Are you in need for using exercise therapy to strengthen, build & promote better health and fitness?

 

This may be the program for you!

In conjunction with nutrition & lifestyle therapy, the personal training program is the complete package adding in 1-2-1 Personal Training.

​

It's for those needing to use exercise to promote fat loss, build muscle, improve their physical/mental wellbeing or rehabilitate from an injury. This can be done in person (within Birmingham/Black Country) or online (anywhere).
